This is a medical device designed to measure and inject insulin accurately. U-40 graduation marks allow correct dosing when using U-40 insulin, and the fine 31G needle helps deliver insulin subcutaneously with less discomfort.

For single use only. Use only with U-40 insulin (40 IU/mL). Wash hands, draw the prescribed units as per U-40 scale, remove air bubbles, inject subcutaneously as instructed by a healthcare professional (abdomen/thigh/upper arm), rotate injection sites. Do not reuse or share; dispose in a puncture-proof sharps container.

Use only for U-40 insulin; do not use for U-100 insulin as dosing will be incorrect. Check pack integrity and do not use if opened/damaged or if needle is bent/blunt. For single patient/single use only—never reuse or share due to infection risk. Keep out of reach of children; dispose safely as biomedical sharps.
