Parity 200 Capsule contains Progesterone (200mg) and is used for parity 200 Softgel. Prescription required.

Parity 200 Softgel Capsule is used for female infertility and hormone replacement therapy. It is also used to restore menstruation in women with secondary amenorrhea (the absence of menstrual cycles).

Parity 200 Softgel Capsule is a progesterone (female hormone). It helps to establish and maintain pregnancy. It also prevents the increase in thickness of the endometrium (lining of the uterus) caused by estrogen.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Parity 200 Softgel Capsule is to be taken with food.

Take a hormonal medicine at the same time every day; the effect depends on a steady level. Seek urgent care for sudden chest pain, breathlessness, severe headache, weakness on one side, or pain and swelling in a calf — hormone preparations can raise the risk of clots. Tell your doctor if you smoke, have migraine with aura, high blood pressure, or a family history of clots or breast cancer, before starting. Report any unusual or heavy vaginal bleeding to your doctor.

Rifampicin, several anti-epileptics and St John's wort make hormonal contraception unreliable. Tell your doctor about every medicine, supplement and herbal product you take.
