Pediasure Choc. Jar

Complete balanced pediatric nutrition supplement (powder) containing milk solids, carbohydrates, vegetable oils, vitamins and minerals, with chocolate flavour (exact vitamin/mineral quantities vary by batch; refer label).

Nutritional supplement for children to support growth and development; helps address picky eating, inadequate dietary intake, undernutrition/risk of malnutrition, and recovery from illness when additional calories and micronutrients are needed.

Provides energy, high-quality protein, essential fats, and a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals to complement the child’s regular diet. Supports muscle and tissue building, immunity, and overall growth when daily intake is insufficient.

Oral powder. Prepare as per pack instructions: typically mix measured scoops in lukewarm water or milk and stir until dissolved; consume immediately. Can be taken between meals or as advised by a pediatrician/dietitian; do not exceed recommended servings; use the enclosed scoop and follow label for age-specific serving.

Bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, nausea, constipation, diarrhoea (especially if taken in excess), allergy symptoms in milk/soy sensitive individuals

Not for parenteral use. Use with caution in children with milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance or soy allergy (check label). In diabetes or metabolic disorders, use under medical supervision due to carbohydrate content. Not intended to replace a balanced diet; use as a supplement. If child has chronic illness or is on tube feeds, consult a healthcare professional. Discontinue and seek medical advice if rash, wheeze, vomiting, or severe GI upset occurs.

No major drug interactions expected as a food supplement; separate from oral medicines if GI upset occurs. If the child is on thyroid medicines, iron, or certain antibiotics, follow clinician advice as minerals/calcium in nutritional products may affect absorption when taken together.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the jar tightly closed. Use within the period mentioned on label after opening; do not use if powder smells off or is clumped due to moisture.
