Provides heat therapy for temporary relief of pain and muscle stiffness; can also be used for warmth/comfort.

The hot water bottle transfers heat to the skin and underlying tissues. Local heat increases blood flow and relaxes muscles, which can help reduce pain, stiffness and cramps.

Fill with hot (not boiling) water up to about 2/3 capacity, expel excess air, and close the stopper tightly. Wrap in a cloth/cover before placing on the affected area; apply for 10–20 minutes as needed. Do not use while sleeping; avoid prolonged direct skin contact.

Skin redness, mild burns/blisters (with excessive heat or prolonged contact), irritation, allergic reaction to rubber/latex (rare)

Use hot (not boiling) water to prevent scalds and bottle damage. Check bottle and stopper for cracks/leaks before each use; replace if worn, sticky, discoloured or leaking. Always use a cover/cloth; do not apply on numb skin or on open wounds. Use caution in infants, elderly, diabetics or people with poor circulation/neuropathy due to burn risk. Keep away from sharp objects and children; do not sit/lie on the bottle; do not microwave.

Empty after use and store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight/heat sources and sharp objects. Keep stopper off/loosely placed to allow drying; avoid folding tightly.
