Fill with hot (not boiling) water up to about 2/3 capacity, expel excess air, and close the stopper tightly. Wrap in a cloth/cover before placing on the affected area; apply for 10–20 minutes as needed. Do not use while sleeping; avoid prolonged direct skin contact.
