Rosulip EZ 40 Tablet

Rosulip Ez 40 Tablet contains Rosuvastatin (10mg) + Ezetimibe (10mg) and is used for high cholesterol. Prescription required.

Treatment of High cholesterol

Rosulip EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: rosuvastatin and ezetimibe. Rosuvastatin reduces cholesterol production in the liver by inhibiting the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme, leading to lower "bad" LDL cholesterol levels. Ezetimibe complements this by blocking the absorption of cholesterol in the intestines. Together, these actions effectively reduce cholesterol levels and help manage the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosulip EZ 10mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness — especially with fever or dark urine — without waiting for your next appointment. Your doctor will check your liver with a blood test before starting and from time to time afterwards. Cholesterol medicines work silently; you will not feel their benefit, and that is not a reason to stop. Tell your doctor if you develop new or worsening diabetes symptoms.

Grapefruit juice raises the level of some statins — avoid it. Certain antibiotics, antifungals and fibrates increase the risk of muscle damage when combined.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
