Saridon Advance Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Saridon Advance Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>However, Saridon Advance Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Saridon Advance Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Saridon Advance Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>However, the use of Saridon Advance Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

Relief of headache (including migraine), toothache, body ache, muscle/joint pain, backache, period pain (dysmenorrhoea), fever and other mild-to-moderate pain conditions
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Propyphenazone is an analgesic/antipyretic that further reduces pain and fever. Caffeine enhances analgesic effect and helps improve alertness, which can be useful in headache.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by a doctor; generally 1 tablet when required for pain/fever, preferably after food with water. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose and avoid using with other paracetamol-containing products.
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset/heartburn, dizziness, drowsiness, restlessness, palpitations, insomnia
Do not use in case of allergy to paracetamol/propyphenazone/pyrazolones/caffeine. Avoid overdose—paracetamol can cause severe liver damage; seek urgent care if excess taken. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease, chronic alcohol use, asthma or history of analgesic allergy, gastric irritation/ulcer, and in the elderly. If pain persists >3 days or fever persists >3 days, consult a doctor. Contains caffeine—limit other caffeine sources (tea/coffee/energy drinks).
Alcohol, other paracetamol-containing medicines, warfarin/other anticoagulants (with prolonged use), enzyme inducers (rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin), isoniazid, other NSAIDs/analgesics, caffeine interactions with ciprofloxacin, theophylline, clozapine
