Relief of headache (including tension headache), migraine, toothache, body ache, fever with pain, mild to moderate pain

Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Propyphenazone is an analgesic/antipyretic that further reduces pain and fever. Caffeine enhances analgesic effect and helps relieve headache by improving response to pain medicines.

Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by doctor; commonly 1 tablet as needed for pain/fever, preferably after food with water. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products simultaneously.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, dizziness, heartburn, nervousness, insomnia, palpitations

Do not exceed recommended dose (risk of liver damage due to paracetamol). Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, kidney disease, gastric irritation/ulcer history, and in people sensitive to pyrazolones (risk of allergy). Stop and seek medical help if rash, breathing difficulty, swelling, severe abdominal pain, or signs of liver injury occur. Not recommended for prolonged self-use; consult a doctor if pain/fever persists. Keep out of reach of children.

Alcohol, other paracetamol-containing medicines, warfarin/other anticoagulants (with prolonged regular use), enzyme inducers (rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital), isoniazid, metoclopramide (may increase absorption), cholestyramine (may reduce absorption), other caffeine sources/stimulants

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep in original pack.
