Nutraceutical supplement used to support tendon, ligament and joint health; may be used as an adjuvant in tendonitis, sports injuries and recovery after strain/overuse (as advised).

This is a nutritional supplement intended to provide building blocks and micronutrients that support collagen formation and connective tissue repair. By improving collagen synthesis and reducing oxidative stress/inflammation, it may aid tendon and soft-tissue recovery over time.

Capsule for oral use. Take as directed by physician/dietitian; typically taken once or twice daily with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Nausea, stomach upset, bloating, heartburn, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, allergic reactions (rare)

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have chronic medical conditions, are on blood thinners/antiplatelets, or have known allergies. Stop use and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, breathing difficulty or persistent GI symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) depending on ingredients; may affect absorption of certain antibiotics or thyroid medicines if the product contains minerals—separate by 2–4 hours. Exact interactions depend on composition.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Do not use if seal is broken.
