Uc-Move Capsule contains Collagen Type 1 (40mg) + Boswellia Serrata Extract (100mg) and is used for this medicine is used.

This medicine is used in the treatment of protein supplementation, nutritional support, recovery and convalescence, nutritional deficiency and dietary supplementation.

This medicine combines 2 active ingredients: Collagen Type and Boswellia Serrata. Collagen Type supplies protein and amino acids, the building blocks your body uses to repair and maintain muscle and tissue. Boswellia Serrata supplies a vitamin, mineral or nutrient that your diet may not be providing in sufficient amount.

Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it with or between meals. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Tell your doctor before taking a protein supplement if you have kidney disease — the protein load matters. Drink plenty of water while taking a protein supplement. No significant medicine interactions are expected for most protein supplements. Iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium reduce the absorption of thyroid tablets and several antibiotics — separate them by a few hours. Tea and coffee taken with iron reduce how much is absorbed; vitamin C increases it.
