Women’s daily nutritional supplementation to help prevent or treat vitamin/mineral deficiencies; supports energy, immunity, skin/hair health and overall wellbeing, especially with inadequate dietary intake or increased requirements.

Provides essential micronutrients (B-complex, vitamins, minerals) required for normal metabolism and red blood cell formation, along with antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress. Correcting nutritional gaps supports energy production, immune function and general health.

Capsule for oral use. Typically 1 capsule once daily after food with water, or as directed by a physician/dietitian. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (if iron-containing), or thyroid disorders (if iodine-containing). Separate from levothyroxine, tetracyclines/quinolones and bisphosphonates by 2–4 hours (minerals can reduce absorption). If pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, on anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), or taking other supplements, consult a doctor to avoid excess dosing (especially vitamins A/D/E/K, iron, folate).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
