Relief of nasal allergy symptoms such as blocked nose (nasal congestion), runny nose, sneezing, and nasal itching in adults.

Most adult nasal decongestant/anti-allergy sprays work locally inside the nose to reduce swelling and inflammation of the nasal lining and/or constrict blood vessels, improving airflow. The exact mechanism depends on the active ingredient(s), which are not available for this product.

Use as a nasal spray for adults only as directed on the label/prescription. Blow nose gently before use, keep head upright, insert nozzle into nostril, spray while breathing in gently. Avoid spraying into eyes. Do not share the spray. Duration and number of sprays per nostril depend on the formulation.

Active ingredient unknown—check label before use. Do not use for longer than recommended (some decongestant sprays can cause rebound congestion if overused). Use with caution in hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, and in patients taking antidepressants/MAO inhibitors (depending on ingredient). Seek medical advice if symptoms persist beyond a few days, if severe nosebleeds occur, or if there is facial pain/fever suggesting sinus infection.

Depends on active ingredient; possible interactions include MAO inhibitors/linezolid, tricyclic antidepressants, other sympathomimetics/decongestants, antihypertensives (for decongestant sprays). If it is a steroid spray, interactions may occur with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, ketoconazole).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct light and heat. Keep cap tightly closed; do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
