Some of these need 10 to 12 hours of fasting, so the visit is booked for the morning.

Who you will meet

A physician, on video: Two video consults, at the start and the end, and a review of your readings in between. Your physician writes every prescription and every dose change.
Your coach, on WhatsApp: Asks for your readings on the right days, sends one short note a week, and answers your questions. A real person reads the chat too.
A care coordinator: Books your lab visits and consults, sends your medicines, and moves a step when life gets in the way.

What we will ask you to send

Charted in your profile. A reading that is dangerously high or low reaches a doctor the same day.

Weight, every two weeks: We ask for your weight this morning. You reply with the number, like 72.4. Aim for a steady 0.5 kg a week when losing weight.
How you feel today, once a week: We ask for how you are feeling today, 1 (worst) to 10 (best). You reply with the number, like 7. Higher is better.

From your tests, not from you: TSH.

Why is TSH tested at 6 weeks?

TSH takes about 6 weeks to settle after a dose change. Testing earlier gives a misleading number.

Can I join if I am not yet on thyroxine?

Yes. If your baseline profile shows you need treatment, your doctor starts it in the first video consult. If you do not, we tell you that too.

Is thyroxine included?

Your monthly medicines are delivered at 15% off with free delivery. They are billed separately because the dose is set by your doctor.

What happens after I pay?

A message from your coach arrives on WhatsApp with your plan and your first step. Your first home lab visit is booked in week 1, and your first video consult is set up with the physician.

Do I need to go anywhere?

No. Consults are on video, blood is collected at home, and medicines are delivered. Home collection runs across India and the time for your address is confirmed when we book your first visit.

What happens after 12 weeks?

You get a summary of your readings and results. If you want to keep your doctor, check-ins and medicine discount, continue month by month for ₹799. Nothing renews by itself.

Can I stop midway?

Yes. Tell your coordinator on WhatsApp. We refund the part you have not used, worked out from the tests, consults and calls already done at their list price.
