Track your earnings
Before you take a collection
Know the job. The patient stays private until it is yours.
An open collection shows what you need to decide. The patient's name, phone, address and test names appear only after you take the job, and are hidden again once it closes.
- Date and time window
- Area and pincode, and the distance when your location is known
- Number of tests and whether fasting is required
- Tubes to carry
- Cash to collect, if any
- The lab to deliver to
- What you earn
The visit workflow
One visit, eight steps, nothing left to memory.
The app opens each step only when the one before it is done. The clinical rules follow WHO guidance on drawing blood; where a lab's own protocol is stricter, the lab's protocol wins.
01On my way
Tap when you start. The lab sees it.
02Arrive
Show your ID and say which lab sent you.
03Patient visit code
Enter the 4-digit code the patient received.
04Safety checks
Confirm name and age. Confirm fasting when required.
05Collect and label
Draw, then label every tube in front of the patient.
06Tube photo
One clear photo with every label readable.
07Deliver
Hand the sample to the lab and mark it delivered.
08Complete
The lab confirms receipt and the earning is added.
Earnings
₹150
standard earning per completed collection
The amount is shown on the job before you take it. If the lab added a boost, it is included and paid to you in full.
The earning is added when the lab confirms it received the sample. If the lab does not confirm within 24 hours of delivery, the app confirms for it.
Cash you collect from a patient belongs to the lab. It shows as cash held and is deducted from your balance. Payouts go to your UPI id or bank account every week.
What you earn depends on how many collections are posted in your area and how many you take. Collect does not promise a monthly income.
Standing
A score you can read, with the reasons beside it.
Your standing is a score from 0 to 100. The app lists what lowered it: no-shows, late starts, jobs given back, sample problems reported by labs and arrivals without the visit code. A higher score means you hear about new jobs first. It does not guarantee more work.
- Top rated
- A score of 85 or more.
- Good standing
- A score of 65 to 84.
- New
- Fewer than five completed collections.
- Needs improvement
- A score under 65.
A low score is reviewed by a person at PingMeDoc. Nobody is suspended automatically.
Safety support
If something goes wrong, there is a defined way to report it.
Report a problem from the job itself, instead of being left alone with an informal phone call. The app shows what to do straight away for that kind of incident, and PingMeDoc support calls you.
- Needle-stick injury
- Patient fainted or felt unwell
- Bleeding or a reaction at the site
- Unsafe location
- Threat or harassment
- Road accident or breakdown
- Sample spill or broken tube
