Home BP monitors should be checked against a clinic monitor once a year. Oximeters don't need calibration but verify with a known-healthy person if readings seem off.

A digital oral or rectal thermometer is most accurate. Forehead/infrared ones are faster and good for screening but can read 0.3-0.5°C low.

Most last 6-12 months after opening if kept tightly capped and away from sunlight. Check the bottle for the exact post-opening expiry.
