Wound care (Band-Aid plasters, cotton, gauze, micropore tape, crepe bandage), antiseptics (Dettol, Savlon, Betadine, hydrogen peroxide), measurement devices (digital thermometer, pulse oximeter, BP monitor), painkillers (paracetamol, ibuprofen), pain sprays (Volini, Moov), allergy (cetirizine), ORS sachets, glucose powder (Glucon-D), antacids (Gelusil, Eno), and a few category-specific items based on your family (asthma inhaler, glucometer, EpiPen for known allergies). Refresh every 6-12 months and check expiry dates.
Antiseptic + bandages + thermometer + paracetamol + ORS. With those five, you can handle most home incidents. Add a pulse oximeter and BP monitor if anyone in the family has chronic conditions.
Cool, dry place — kitchen cupboard or bedroom shelf. Don't keep it in the bathroom (humidity), car (heat), or above the cooking range. Children should know where it is but it should be out of toddler reach.
Every 6 months: check expiry dates on tablets and ORS. Every 12 months: replace gauze and antiseptic bottles even if they look fine — they go bad after opening. Thermometers and BP monitors need cuff/probe replacement every 2-3 years of regular use.
Collections are editorial groupings to make browsing easier — they don’t imply a single product treats every condition mentioned. Prescription medicines listed here are dispensed only against a valid prescription verified by our licensed pharmacists.
Anyone with anaphylaxis history should carry an adrenaline auto-injector. Asthmatics should have a salbutamol rescue inhaler at home and work. These need a prescription — keep them in the home kit but also a second set in the car/office.
