Savlon Disinfe Liquid 1000 ml

Savlon Disinfe Liquid 1000 ml contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution 0.3% w/v + Cetrimide 3% w/v.

Antiseptic/disinfectant for cleansing minor cuts, wounds, abrasions, burns; skin disinfection and hygiene cleaning; can be used as a disinfectant for surfaces/objects as per label directions

Chlorhexidine is a broad-spectrum antiseptic that disrupts microbial cell membranes and precipitates cell contents. Cetrimide is a quaternary ammonium compound that acts as a surfactant and antiseptic, enhancing cleansing and antimicrobial action.

For external use only. Dilute with clean water as directed on the label for skin/wound cleansing; apply to the affected area and rinse/clean as advised. Do not use undiluted on large areas unless specifically directed; avoid contact with eyes, inside ears, mouth and other mucous membranes.

Skin irritation, burning/stinging, redness, itching, dryness, allergic reaction (rash, swelling)

External use only. Do not use in eyes, mouth, genital mucosa, or deep puncture wounds without medical advice. Stop use and seek medical help if signs of allergy occur. Avoid use on large areas or for prolonged periods in young children unless advised. Do not mix with soaps/anionic detergents (may reduce chlorhexidine activity). Keep out of reach of children; if swallowed seek medical advice.

Reduced activity with soaps/anionic detergents; do not combine with other antiseptics/disinfectants unless advised

Store at room temperature (below 30°C), tightly closed. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
