Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg + Dextropropoxyphene napsylate 65 mg (as CR tablet)
Moderate to severe acute pain (e.g., musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, post-operative pain, arthritis-related pain) where combination analgesia is required.
Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (mainly via COX inhibition). Paracetamol provides central analgesic and antipyretic action. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic that acts on central opioid receptors to reduce pain perception; CR formulation provides prolonged pain relief.
Tablet (controlled-release): take exactly as prescribed. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Preferably take after food to reduce stomach upset. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently.
