How Acynac Ab Tablet works
Acynac AB Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Acebrophylline and Acetylcysteine. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic and bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic medication. It thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.
How to take Acynac Ab Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acynac AB Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
Take the missed dose of Acynac Ab as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
