Montelukast (10mg) + Fexofenadine (120mg)
Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with symptoms such as sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; allergic rhinitis associated with allergy-related cough/wheeze where leukotriene blockade is beneficial.
Fexofenadine is a second-generation H1 antihistamine that blocks histamine-mediated allergic symptoms like sneezing, itching and watery eyes with minimal sedation. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks cysteinyl leukotrienes, reducing nasal congestion and inflammation.
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily; may be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) as they can reduce fexofenadine absorption; keep a gap of a few hours from antacids containing aluminium/magnesium.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Allegra M 120/10 Tablet. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Schedule H medicine—use on doctor’s advice. Use with caution in kidney disease (fexofenadine exposure may increase) and in elderly. Avoid driving/operating machinery if you feel dizzy or sleepy. Montelukast has been associated with neuropsychiatric events (e.g., agitation, anxiety, sleep disturbances, depression, suicidal thoughts); stop and seek medical help if mood/behaviour changes occur. Not for acute asthma attack relief. Inform doctor about all medicines and allergies.
