How to take Amfy 0.1% Gel

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Amfy Gel, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

If you take too much

Taking more Amfy 0.1% than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

How to store Amfy 0.1% Gel

Store Amfy 0.1% below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Expert advice for Amfy 0.1% Gel

Amfy Gel should be applied as advised by your doctor. Before each application, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well. Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas. Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects. Inform your doctor if the treated skin area does not improve after 2- 4 weeks of treatment.
