Becosules Performance Capsule contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate) 10 mg + Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 10 mg + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 3 mg + Niacinamide 100 mg + Calcium pantothenate 50 mg + Folic acid 1.5 mg + Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 15 mcg + Biotin 100 mcg + Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 150 mg (per capsule). It belongs to the Multivitamin (B-complex with Vitamin C) class of medicines.

How Becosules Performance Capsule works

How to take Becosules Performance Capsule

Capsule. Typically 1 capsule once daily or as directed by the doctor. Swallow whole with water, preferably after food. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Becosules Performance as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Becosules Performance than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Side effects of Becosules Performance Capsule

Most side effects of Becosules Performance are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

Interactions with other medicines

Levodopa (without carbidopa) may be reduced by pyridoxine, Antacids may reduce absorption of some B vitamins, Chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12, Metformin and PPIs may reduce vitamin B12 levels, Phenytoin/phenobarbital may reduce folate levels, Methotrexate/trimethoprim may antagonize folate
