Vitamin E (10mg) + L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (200mg) + Magnesium Aspartate (250mg) + Magnesium Chloride (150mg)
Nutritional supplement used to help prevent/treat magnesium deficiency and support muscle function; adjunct for muscle cramps/spasms, fatigue and weakness related to low magnesium; supportive therapy for energy metabolism and antioxidant support.
Magnesium (as aspartate and chloride) replenishes body magnesium stores and supports normal neuromuscular transmission, which may reduce muscle cramps due to deficiency. L-carnitine supports transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production, helping reduce fatigue. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, helping protect cells from oxidative stress.
Tablet for oral use. Take as directed by the physician; commonly taken once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; if stomach upset occurs, take with meals.

Not for treatment of acute severe cramps without medical evaluation. Use with caution in kidney disease or reduced urine output due to risk of magnesium accumulation (may cause weakness, low blood pressure, slow heartbeat). Consult a doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding, if you have heart rhythm disorders, myasthenia gravis, or persistent diarrhea. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, severe diarrhea, or signs of high magnesium (severe weakness, confusion, breathing difficulty) occur.
