Dicyclomine (10mg/5ml) + Simethicone (40mg/5ml)
Cyclopam Suspension is used in the treatment of abdominal pain.
Cyclopam Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Cyclopam Suspension is to be taken with food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Cyclopam Sus. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
