Diclofenac (50mg) + Paracetamol (325mg)
Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, backache, sprain/strain, dental pain, postoperative pain, arthritis-related pain, and fever with body ache.
Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever mainly by central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the recommended dose or use multiple paracetamol-containing products together.
Common side effects of Diclomol Tab 10S may include:

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Diclomol Tab 10S. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Use with caution in patients with stomach ulcer/bleeding, kidney disease, liver disease, asthma, hypertension, heart disease, or fluid retention. NSAIDs may increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiovascular events, especially with long-term/high-dose use. Stop and seek medical help if rash, breathing difficulty, black stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, or signs of liver injury (yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine) occur. Avoid exceeding total daily paracetamol dose; alcohol increases liver risk.
