Fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg

Uses of Dr-Fexona-120MG Tab

Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever) such as sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; also used for urticaria (hives) and itching due to allergy.

How it works

Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors. This reduces histamine-mediated allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose with minimal drowsiness compared to older antihistamines.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet by mouth as directed by a doctor, usually once daily. Can be taken with or without food; avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) and keep a gap from aluminium/magnesium antacids (about 2 hours). Swallow whole with water.
