Sodium tauroglycocholate is a bile salt that improves fat digestion by breaking fats into smaller particles, making it easier for enzymes to act. Together, they enhance the digestive process and help relieve symptoms of indigestion like bloating, gas, and discomfort by supporting better breakdown and absorption of nutrients.
