Flavoxate (200mg)
Flavocip 200 Tablet is used in the treatment and prevention of muscle spasms of the urinary tract. It can also be used to relieve symptoms which may occur as a result of surgery, cystoscopy or catheterization such as painful urination, excessive urination at night and the inability to control urine flow.
Flavocip 200 Tablet is anti-spasmodic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder and prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination, and relieves associated pain.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Flavocip 200 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Flavocip 200 Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
