How Konaz Cream 30 g works
Ketoconazole is an imidazole antifungal that inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis by blocking 14‑alpha demethylase. This damages the fungal cell membrane and stops growth, leading to clearance of infection.
How to take Konaz Cream 30 g
For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer once or twice daily as advised by the doctor. Continue for the full prescribed duration even if symptoms improve; wash hands after application and avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
Take the missed dose of Konaz as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
