Treatment of superficial fungal skin infections such as tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea pedis (athlete’s foot) and other susceptible dermatophyte infections.
Luliconazole is an imidazole antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis by blocking the fungal enzyme lanosterol 14-α-demethylase. This damages the fungal cell membrane, stopping growth and leading to clearance of infection.
