Parkinson's disease Restless leg syndrome
Mirator 0.25 Tablet works by mimicking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger that is needed to control movement in the brain.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mirator 0.25 Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
If you miss a dose of Mirator 0.25 Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
Taking more Mirator than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Mirator are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Store Mirator below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
You have been prescribed Mirator 0.25 Tablet to treat your symptoms of Parkinson's disease and/or restless leg syndrome. It can be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may reduce nausea. For restless leg syndrome, take this medicine 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Avoid activities that require you to be alert, such as driving a car until you know how this medication affects you. When you first start taking Mirator 0.25 Tablet, it may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure when you change positions. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Talk to your doctor in case you develop hallucinations or other changes in your behavior. Inform your doctor if you develop compulsive behaviors that are hard to control, such as binge eating, gambling, spending money, and sexual urges.
