Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks leukotrienes responsible for airway inflammation, mucus and allergy symptoms. Levocetirizine is a second‑generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, watery eyes and runny nose.
Take orally as prescribed, usually 1 tablet once daily in the evening or at bedtime; can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Use with caution in liver disease. Montelukast has been associated with mood/behavior changes (agitation, anxiety, depression, abnormal dreams, suicidal thoughts)—seek medical help if these occur. Not meant for acute asthma attack relief. Consult doctor for children, elderly, or if symptoms persist.
