How to take Numont-L Syrup
Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a calibrated spoon/cup. Take as directed by the physician; may be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
Take the missed dose of Numont-L as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
If you take too much
Taking more Numont-L than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease, asthma, glaucoma, prostate enlargement, or if taking other cough/cold/allergy medicines. May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. If symptoms persist beyond 3–5 days, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever, breathing difficulty, or rash, consult a doctor. Not recommended for self-medication in young children unless prescribed.

May interact with alcohol and other CNS depressants (sedatives, opioids), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), other antihistamines/decongestants/anticholinergics; consult doctor before combining.
