Common side effects of OMNICEF 1GM INJ VIAL may include:
Prescription-only antibiotic; use only for bacterial infections. Do not use if allergic to ceftriaxone/cephalosporins; caution in severe penicillin allergy. Risk of C. difficile-associated diarrhoea; seek care for severe/persistent diarrhoea. Avoid/contraindicated in hyperbilirubinaemic neonates and in neonates receiving IV calcium-containing solutions (risk of precipitation). Use caution in liver disease, renal impairment (especially combined), history of colitis, gallbladder/biliary sludging.
