Domperidone (Sustained Release) 30 mg + Rabeprazole (Enteric Coated) 20 mg
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity/heartburn, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, nausea and vomiting associated with acid reflux or delayed gastric emptying
Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase pump in gastric parietal cells. Domperidone is a prokinetic/antiemetic that blocks dopamine (D2) receptors in the gut, improving gastric motility and reducing nausea and reflux symptoms.
Take by mouth as directed by a doctor, usually 1 capsule once daily 15–30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (enteric-coated/SR formulation).
Common side effects of OZORON DSR CAP may include:
Use with caution in liver disease; dose adjustment/monitoring may be needed. Domperidone may increase risk of QT prolongation/serious arrhythmias—avoid in patients with known QT prolongation, significant electrolyte disturbances, or moderate/severe hepatic impairment; do not exceed prescribed dose. Long-term PPI use may be associated with low magnesium/vitamin B12, fractures, and C. difficile-associated diarrhea; use the lowest effective dose. Seek medical advice if alarm symptoms occur (blood in vomit/stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing).
