Paritaprevir 75 mg + Ritonavir 50 mg (per capsule)

Uses of Parit-D Capsules.

Treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection (used in combination with other antivirals as per genotype and doctor’s prescription).

• •Helps suppress hepatitis C virus replication
• •Improves chances of sustained virologic response when used in combination
• •Reduces liver inflammation and progression to cirrhosis
• •Oral once/twice daily regimen as prescribed

How it works

Paritaprevir is an HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor that blocks viral polyprotein processing and replication. Ritonavir acts mainly as a pharmacokinetic booster by inhibiting CYP3A4, increasing paritaprevir levels and effectiveness.

Directions for use

Take orally as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or open. Take at the same time each day and complete the full course; do not stop without medical advice.
