Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 1000 mg
Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, backache, muscle pain, and pain associated with cold/flu
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system and acting on the heat-regulating center in the brain. It has minimal anti-inflammatory effect compared to NSAIDs.
Oral tablet. Take as advised by a doctor; usually taken with or without food with water. Do not exceed the total daily dose of paracetamol from all sources; avoid taking multiple paracetamol-containing products together.

Do not exceed recommended dose due to risk of serious liver damage. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcohol use, malnutrition, and severe kidney impairment.
