Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg
Relief of fever and mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, body ache, backache, muscle pain, cold/flu-related fever, and menstrual pain
Paracetamol works by inhibiting prostaglandin production in the central nervous system, which helps reduce pain. It also acts on the temperature-regulating center in the brain to lower fever.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by a doctor; commonly taken with water, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose; keep a gap between doses and avoid taking multiple paracetamol-containing products together.
Common side effects of Regamol 650MG Tab may include:
Do not exceed total daily paracetamol dose (risk of severe liver damage). Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, or severe kidney impairment. Seek medical help if rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, or symptoms of overdose occur. Prolonged self-use for pain/fever should be avoided without medical advice.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Regamol 650MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
