Safkit 150 mg/1000 mg/1000 mg Tablet is a combination of fluconazole, azithromycin, and secnidazole. It works by targeting different types of microorganisms responsible for vaginal infections. How to take Safkit Tablet

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with active liver disease, and several are not for use in pregnancy. Itraconazole is not for people with heart failure. Not for anyone with a known allergy to macrolide antibiotics, or with certain heart rhythm disorders.

Interactions with other medicines

Interacts strongly with statins, some heart medicines, blood thinners and sedatives — some combinations must be avoided altogether. Acid-reducing medicines lower the absorption of itraconazole. Interacts with a long list of medicines, including statins, some heart medicines and blood thinners — tell your doctor everything you take. Antacids reduce absorption; separate them by a couple of hours. Antacids, iron, zinc and calcium reduce the absorption of tetracyclines — separate them by a couple of hours.
