How Temoside 20 Capsule works
Temozolomide is an oral alkylating agent that converts to an active metabolite (MTIC) in the body. It damages tumor DNA (methylation), leading to inhibition of DNA replication and cancer cell death.
How to take Temoside 20 Capsule
Take exactly as prescribed by the oncologist. Swallow capsule whole with water on an empty stomach (e.g., 1 hour before or 2 hours after food), preferably at the same time each day; do not open/crush/chew. If vomiting occurs after a dose, do not take an extra dose—take the next scheduled dose. Follow prescribed antiemetic and cycle schedule.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Increased risk of infections and bleeding; seek care for fever, sore throat, unusual bruising/bleeding. Risk of hepatotoxicity—monitor liver function. Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) prophylaxis may be needed (especially with concomitant radiotherapy). Avoid pregnancy; effective contraception required for men and women; may affect fertility. Do not handle broken capsules; avoid contact with powder.
