Toficalm 50 Tablet is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.Toficalm 50 Tablet works by balancing certain chemical messengers in the brain, mainly dopamine and serotonin, which play key roles in mood and anxiety regulation. Unlike common anti-anxiety medicines, it does not cause sedation or muscle relaxation. How to take Toficalm 50 mg Tablet
