Helps soften and remove excessive earwax (cerumen) and relieve symptoms due to wax buildup such as ear blockage and reduced hearing.
Earwax-removal drops generally work by softening and breaking down hardened cerumen so it can drain out naturally or be removed by gentle irrigation. This reduces blockage and discomfort caused by wax impaction.
For otic use only. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected ear with the head tilted; keep the ear facing up for a few minutes. Use as directed by a doctor/pharmacist; do not use for longer than advised. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the ear.
Common side effects of Waxonil Activ Ear Drops may include:
Do not use if you have ear pain, discharge, bleeding, suspected/known perforated eardrum, ear infection, recent ear surgery, grommets/ear tubes unless advised by a doctor. Stop use and seek medical help if symptoms worsen or you develop severe pain, dizziness, swelling, or allergic reaction. Not for use in eyes or oral consumption. Use in children only on medical advice.
