Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v + Dexamethasone 0.1% w/v (Eye/Ear drops)
Bacterial infections of the eye or ear such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, otitis externa/otitis media (as advised), especially when associated with inflammation
Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills susceptible bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase/topoisomerase, stopping bacterial replication. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, swelling and pain by suppressing inflammatory mediator release.
For ophthalmic/otic use only as prescribed. Wash hands, shake well if instructed, instill the recommended number of drops into the affected eye/ear; avoid touching dropper tip. If using in the eye, keep 5–10 minutes gap from other eye medicines; remove contact lenses and reinsert only if advised.

Use only under medical supervision; steroid-containing drops can worsen viral/fungal infections and may increase eye pressure with prolonged use. Do not use if allergic to ofloxacin/quinolones or dexamethasone. Avoid long-term or excessive use; seek care if pain, swelling, discharge worsens or vision changes occur. Not for injection; avoid contamination of dropper; discard if solution changes color or after the recommended period post-opening.
