How Zucapride 5 Tablet works

Mosapride is a prokinetic agent that selectively stimulates 5-HT4 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract, enhancing acetylcholine release. This increases gastric and intestinal motility and improves gastric emptying, helping relieve symptoms like bloating, nausea and reflux.

How to take Zucapride 5 Tablet

Take as directed by the physician. Common adult use is 5 mg tablet taken 2–3 times daily before meals; swallow whole with water. Use at the same time each day; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Zucapride as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
