Drop
Medically reviewed by Dr. Balaji Krishnan, MBBS · Updated August 2026
For ophthalmic use only. Instill the number of drops as prescribed by the doctor. Wash hands before use; avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface/eye. If using other eye medicines, keep a 5–10 minute gap. Do not use if seal is broken.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Zywet as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Zywet than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Zywet are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Avoid wearing contact lenses unless advised; remove lenses before instillation and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting (if applicable). Stop use and seek medical advice if severe eye pain, vision changes, swelling, or persistent redness occurs. Use with caution in pregnancy/breastfeeding and in children unless prescribed. Do not share eye drops to avoid infection.
If using other ophthalmic drops/ointments, maintain a 5–10 minute interval; ointments should be applied last. Specific drug interactions depend on the active ingredient(s) (not available).
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Discard if contaminated and as per label after opening.
