Provides support and compression to the knee joint; may help in knee pain, mild sprain/strain, arthritis-related discomfort, and during sports/rehabilitation.

A knee cap (support sleeve) works by providing graduated compression and mild stabilization to the knee joint. Compression may help reduce swelling, improve proprioception, and provide comfort during movement.

Wear the knee cap over the knee so that it fits snugly without causing numbness or excessive tightness. Use during activity or as advised by a physician/physiotherapist; remove during sleep unless recommended. Hand wash with mild soap and air dry; avoid wringing/ironing.

Skin irritation, itching, rash, discomfort due to tight fit, numbness/tingling if overly tight

Ensure correct size (XL) for proper fit; overly tight use may impair circulation. Do not use on open wounds or infected skin. Discontinue and consult a doctor if pain increases, swelling persists, or you develop numbness/tingling, discoloration, or severe rash. Use with caution in people with poor circulation, diabetes-related neuropathy, or varicose veins unless advised by a clinician.
