Health drink/nutritional supplement mix (falooda-style) used to support daily nutrition, energy and weight gain/maintenance when taken as a calorie/protein-rich beverage.

Provides calories and macronutrients (typically carbohydrates with possible added proteins/fats) when prepared as a drink/dessert. Helps meet increased nutritional needs by supplementing the daily diet.

Oral use. Mix the recommended quantity of powder with milk or water as per label directions; stir/shake well until dissolved and consume immediately. Can be taken 1–2 times daily or as advised by a dietitian/doctor; typically taken after food or between meals.

Not a medicine. Check label for allergens (commonly milk/soy/nuts, gluten) and added sugar; use caution in diabetes, obesity or those on calorie-restricted diets. Use with caution in lactose intolerance if prepared with milk. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have chronic kidney/liver disease, consult a healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek advice if allergic reactions occur.

No known drug interactions for typical nutritional drink mixes; if the product contains added vitamins/minerals, separate from thyroid medicines (levothyroxine) and certain antibiotics (tetracyclines/quinolones) by 2–4 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed; use a dry spoon. Do not use if the pack is damaged or if the product has an unusual odor/appearance.
