Cranberry contains proanthocyanidins (PACs) that may reduce adhesion of certain bacteria (especially E. coli) to the urinary tract lining, helping lower the chance of infection. It also provides antioxidant support.
Capsule; take as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional. Generally taken once or twice daily with water, preferably after food.
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, heartburn
Food supplement; not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in people with kidney stones or a history of oxalate stones. Diabetics should check sugar content if any.
