This supplement provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as co-factors in metabolism, red blood cell formation, and immune function. Typically take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with water. Do not exceed recommended intake unless advised.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use caution in kidney disease, hypercalcemia, thyroid disorders, and if taking blood thinners.
