Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis/osteopenia support, adjunct in fracture healing, increased calcium needs (elderly, post-menopausal women).

Calcium supplementation helps maintain normal bone mineralization and supports neuromuscular function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, improving bone strength and reducing deficiency-related bone loss.

Oral suspension. Shake well before use. Take the dose as advised by a doctor, usually after food; use a measuring cup/spoon. Maintain a gap of 2–4 hours from iron, thyroid medicines, or certain antibiotics if prescribed.

Constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, bloating, gas, chalky taste

Do not use in hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe renal impairment, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones) or sarcoidosis unless advised. Use with caution in kidney disease and in patients on digitalis; monitor calcium levels if on long-term therapy. Excess intake may cause hypercalcaemia (thirst, frequent urination, confusion, weakness).

Thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcaemia), digoxin/cardiac glycosides (arrhythmia risk with high calcium), tetracyclines and quinolones (reduced antibiotic absorption), levothyroxine (reduced absorption), bisphosphonates (reduced absorption), iron salts (reduced absorption)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light. Keep bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
