Nutraceutical supplement used to support joint health and mobility; may be used as an adjunct in osteoarthritis, joint stiffness and musculoskeletal wear-and-tear.

Collagen-based joint supplements (commonly collagen peptides and supportive nutrients) help provide building blocks for cartilage and connective tissue and may reduce joint discomfort over time. Supportive components like vitamin C (if present) aid collagen synthesis; other actives (if present) may help reduce inflammation and improve lubrication.

Oral powder/sachet. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (or as directed on label) and consume immediately. Usually taken once daily, preferably after food, or as advised by a physician/dietitian.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (if formulation contains glucosamine/chondroitin or similar), diabetes medicines (may affect blood sugar with some joint ingredients), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and thyroid medicines (if it contains minerals like calcium—separate by 2-4 hours).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep sachet tightly sealed; do not use if sachet is damaged. Keep at room temperature.
